Spaghetti Tours aims to provide a more intimate, personalized take on the traditional bus tour. It's fitting, then, that all of their tours are conducted in a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter—a van with just enough room for 11 passengers and their Italian-born driver and guide, Vincenzo M. With air conditioning, large windows, and plenty of cargo space, the vehicle ensures tour participants stay comfortable as they set out on multiple-hour tours. Vincenzo fills passengers in on local history and the backstories of his favorite crossing guards as he charts a course through through the streets of San Francisco to landmarks such as Chinatown, Lombard Street, and Golden Gate Park. Other tours take groups under the towering canopies of Muir Woods and into the town of Sausalito, or on full-day wine-tasting excursions in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. Despite its name, Spaghetti Tours doesn't just provide curated trips: Vincenzo also transports guests to and from San Francisco International Airport.
