At Greater Pittsburgh Wellness, the staff manages to fit a lot of health services under one roof. For starters, they lead a schedule of more than 15 fitness classes, including spinning, TRX suspension training, and Yogalates?a muscle-stretching, core-strengthening blend of yoga and Pilates. Those looking to exercise while improving their dance skills can visit the facility's dance studio, where seasoned instructors teach the tango, salsa, and other ballroom dances. Rounding out the wellness services, the staff also offers nutrition counseling and life coaching.
