The place is primarily a bar with some food (mostly appetizer-type foods). But the Groupon is not valid on any drinks. I understood this when I purchased the Groupon, but I assumed the food selection would be more diverse.

DEPLORABLE SERVICE!!! I was literally the only person at the bar, yet my wine glass was empty for at least 10 minutes before I was offered another. I ordered food and was not offered water. I ate shrimp and was given no receptacle for tails. There were 5 waitstaff at the bar and I could get no srevice as they were engaged in conversation and eating. I had to flag someone down to get my check, and again, I was the ONLY person at the bar. Save your time and skip this overpriced wannabe pretensious excuse for a niteclub!!!!

Extremely limited menu. 3 of the 10 selections weren't avail and I was told it was because so many groupons were sold and used. Very disappointing.

Pared down menu from what I remember, so difficult choices to make for a dinner when we had to spend all the groupon on food. Salad was very basic. Lettuce, goat cheese, and tomatoes. Not as good as I recall.

expand the menu. When I asked why the menu was reduced I was told it was because the number of shows are reduced within the region. I am a season subscriber to the summer CLO and attend shows at the Caberet often so I do not completely agree. I would love to go here before or after a show but there isn't enough of a food selection.

From Our Editors

At Bossa Nova, it’s okay to begin a meal with cupcakes. In the baked chicken cupcakes—one of many tapas plates on the menu—mashed potatoes are substituted for frosting, and there’s a garnish of sautéed zucchini. Such innovative recipes are mixed in with a number of classic ones; you can also try fried calamari, spicy tuna tartar wrapped in cucumber, and a bacon, brie, and potato sandwich. These dishes are centered on a communal dining experience, which encourages you to try whatever tapas plate your friend is eating without first pretending to have somehow misplaced your own. In addition to tapas, the kitchen serves up larger entrees such as Spanish chorizo and beef filet.

The restaurant's space is just as eclectic as the cuisine, with a circular bar covered in mosaic tiles acting as the centerpiece. Stop here to order wine and cocktails, and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, guests head to the dance floor during DJ sets. Chandeliers and vibrant artwork surround the tables spread throughout the dining room, and there are nooks embedded into the walls if you want a more intimate setting.
