this place was horrible. The open play was always cancelled and now they are out of business, and i never got to use my sessions
I purchased a 10-visit based on their open play availability for Mondays. I redeemed it and then they changed their schedule and did not have open play on Mondays. She gave me extra sessions to accommodate this, even though it didn't help me on Mondays. If I can't use the 10, how do you expect me to use more? Now, I find out they are closing for good. I am out my money!!! I emailed them, but got no response.
The place is small but has a big ball pit and a bunch of fun toys. However, they rarely answer the phone and they change the open gym times so you need to check the website
Os not that big as a show in pictures.. but its ok
Toys are stained dirty so obviously havent been cleaned is my biggest issue. Its small and nothing in video is present there. They also change the hours so we can’t even use our 10 dessiobs groupon & I wasted $42.
My kids love it there—- they have so much fun and the owners are so kind and friendly!
It is very small and the toys are designed for children 3 and under. Older kids will like the ball pit though. If you live in the area it is a convenient place to go.
It's good for a short play time. My son only wants to stay about 45 min. The heater is broke and the place is cold. Just okay.
From Our Editors
Few things make parents happier than seeing their little ones absorbed in an activity. For one, it's a much deserved break. But even at a deeper level, there's also a tremendous sense of satisfaction in watching a toddler gain confidence in flexing their gross motor skills bounding over a jungle gym, or bolstering their imaginations paging through a storybook.
At Tots on Track, kids can jump into any number of activities during open-play sessions or be led through more structured classes the center offers. Some are these classes are more parent-focused, like the ones on signing and infant sleep issues; some focus on the kids, like baby ballet; and others in the Mommy & Me series pair up parents and kids for fun experiences like yoga. A husband-and-wife team co-own the center. Both are NYS-certified special education specialists, and their experience and compassion nurture an environment that fosters children's physical and social development.
