The burgers were good, the lady that took our order wasn't the nicest. I had the nacho cheese burger and it was delicious.
Great burgers a bit expensive but worth it
Location close to me (Plainfield) closed before I could even use my Groupon.
Food was decent. But just not great. Just a so-so visit. :/
We will return and we will be telling our friends about Teddy's!
fries not very good, bun was hard burger over done. bad ketchup
Food was not good at all. We waited for 30 for our food. The caso was cold not even close to warm. The spinach salad I got i could have made better myself. Not much to it at all. They did not even give me the dressing I ask for. We will not be going back!
The food was all okay except for the kids burger. It tasted like a "fake" hamburger. It just seemed like another overpriced hamburger joint. Food okay but nothing spectacular.
Service at the register was slow. Order did not come they way I asked for it (not a big deal). Upon entering the store it was not clear to me (being a rookie) whether I ordered from the desk or sat down and waited for a waiter. It was in a bad location and there was not enough parking for dinnertime. I'm not saying I wouldn't go there again, but the burgers were average and I would not go out of my way to go there. Price was reasonable.
From Our Editors
At Teddy's Burger Joint, cooks form beef patties by hand, grill them over open flames, and garnish them with fresh ingredients. It's a simple, three-step process that yields juicy burgers at a reliable tempo. The piping-hot burgers come in various configurations, whether topped with bacon or loaded up with nacho cheese, jalapeños, and chopped tomatoes and then stuffed into a piñata. For a fuller meal, the burgers can sidle up to french fries or thick-cut onion rings as well as soda or local beers. Hot dogs, griddled sandwiches, and ample desserts round out the menu.
