"An authentic Telugu mess." That's how Aritaku describes its own staggering menu of Indian cuisine. But a careful eye can see plenty of order in the culinary chaos. Take, for example, the lunch special known as bhojanam. This entree—which can be made vegetarian—includes a complete meal made from a selection of complementary small plates, and arrives with rice and freshly baked naan.
For dinner, guests are invited to focus on a much larger menu, where making a decision may be a challenge. The menu ranges from tiffins (light, midday meals) like dosas to traditional entrees such as paneer tikka masala and butter-chicken curry. Aritaku also beckons eaters to check out the selection of biryani dishes, as well as the pulusu, which is a curry-like stew that can include chicken, shrimp, or hardboiled eggs. Then there's all the dessert selections along with some tasty drinks. But whatever diners choose, they're sure to leave happy and full.
