As you walk through the doors of BBQ Nation, the first thing you'll notice is the smell of the restaurant's signature smoked meats, all of which are prepared in-house. Underscoring this rich scent is the aroma of international spices—think robust curry, fresh mint, and spicy tandoori marinades. The menu has a strong mediterranean, pakistani, and indian influence, and all dishes are made with halal meats that are free of hormones. Signature items range from kufta shish kebab and roasted goat leg to dum biryani rice and shahi panner, and diners can pair their entrees with an order of house-made naan and hummus or a fresh fattoush salad.
BBQ Nation offers attentive one-on-one service in its dining room, but can also cook up briskets, bbq chickens, kebabs, and more to serve at weddings and banquets.
