Before beginning, lead instructor Ro develops a program best suited to her client’s body, then she takes a “before” picture and the training begins. At the end of that training where participants pump iron, sprint, and do pushups, she takes an “after” picture to show her students just how far they’ve come. Since her workout incorporates a mix of exercises that work all muscle groups, it trims, tones, and incinerates calories, leaving behind healthier, slimmer bodies.
