Wouldn't recommend because they asked my husband if he wanted the inspection and he said yes, because it was apart of the groupon. instead they did a state inspection charging him $44 for it. When we tried to explain that we didnt need a state inspection, they wouldn't refund the money. Only offered to discount future services. Miserable experience because of this. Shady business practices. Very disappointed!

Even with an appointment, it took them almost an hour until they started working on my car. Since I was expecting to stay there for 1.5 hours, I had to leave in 30 minutes. Because of this, I couldn't get the checks and inspections that were supposed to be included in this groupon and decided to just get an oil change and tire rotation. Once I got back home, I realized that they didn't rotate my tires! I know it because one of my tires is a different brand from others and I remember where it was before the rotation. I also had an issue with my appointment, which made me go there twice to use my groupon. Overall, very bad experience at Midas! Not going there again!

The staff were friendly and knowledgable. The only con was that I had booked the appointment for 11am so that I could get to work on time. They did not start working on my vehicle until almost an hour after my scheduled time. I was a little annoyed BUT I spoke with Charles, (super nice guy) he apologized for the timing issue, and had me out on time. Overall, pleasant atmosphere! And free wifi while you wait. I am pleased :)

They did ok, but they tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn't want or need and when I said no, they tried pressuring me. I was like, I just need an oil change guys...not the horse and pony show. I wouldn't return even if I found a groupon for it. It's so not worth the hassle.
