I used my priority pass at LAS, it was great. Had a couple of drinks and breakfast before my plane departed.

this is false advertising. I bought the groupon and the $63 is NOT towards the standard ($99) membership. Priority Pass claims that the groupon lets you buy the membership at the price of $63 + $10 for postage and handling, totalling $73. so with the purchase of the groupon, you are paying $80 for the membership (definitely not what you think you are buying). the one star is for accurate advertisement for getting the 1 free visit after that $80 adventure. in retrospect it is weird that all the options are $7.

Got stuck in Seattle for 9 hours and was VERY happy to have Priority Pass. Was frustrated that one of the rooms was unavailable to us but the other was good, If you fly alot this is a great thing to have. I don't so probably will not renew given the cost, but is a great service if you do fly alot or can afford it.

BEWARE! Even after paying the extra money to join with the Groupon, you only get one free entry (either you or a guest). Each time you go you still have to pay!!! Total rip off. The lounges are small and have little selection of food (mostly granola bars or popcorn). Already cancelled my membership.

There are almost no priority pass airport lounges, other than in international terminals and you have to be flying internationally. The lounges that there are have no food or drink, just nice chairs. I wasted money on this and hope to save you your hard earned bucks. A major ripoff.

Some of the lounges like The Club are over crowded and the snacks are not that great. I usually go for internet and to recharge phone and computer during layovers but most of The Club lounges that Priority Pass uses have very few places to plug in unlike the Sky Club lounges. All the people working there that I have met so far have been very friendly and helpful.

I do love it! However if you fly mostly domestic there is as many lounges especially in the big cities like SFO and Las Vegas

Lounges are substandard when available, and if you fly domestic in USA then chances are no lounge even available (in particular San Francisco and Chicago)...what a waste of money. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I would never buy again, nor sign up for a CC (Chase & other Banks offer this with their premium card offerings that charge $450/yr), but if this is the benefit, then I would save my $. For example, while I'm sure PHX lounge is quieter than the terminal, it's cramped with no ability to make a phone call without disturbing others, no real place to enjoy a snack, and the hours... 8am -3:30 when business travelers are working! How is that helpful? I've tried to gain entry 11 times in June & July 2017 and it's either closed or reserved for British Airways (1 flight a day for the max 14 1st class customers ONLY) or an event. I finally asked if I could just look inside on my last trip and guess what? Not a single passenger inside! Reserved exclusively for BA
