We had brisket, pulled pork and ribs. The ribs were a little dry. The other two meats were really great.
Please don't go anywhere! Unless you want to move to Provo.
Yummy fast food style BBQ
Hard to get good bang for your buck at any BBQ restaurant. Portions are just too small for what you pay, no matter how good it tastes. I'm also more health conscious, and BBQ restaurants, like Rocky's Rib Shack, just don't offer healthy options.
Food was cold, but great flavor
The loaded fries = awesome
The Brisket burger was OK, but the brisket had some really fatty pieces that could have easily been trimmed off.
It's a place worth going to if you like good barbecue.

Customers can choose from three kinds of barbecue sauce which glaze the hickory-smoked meats at Rocky’s Rib Shack: a Carolina-style mustard sauce, a spicy Texas-style sauce, and the eatery’s signature Kansas City–style sauce. That last dressing, dubbed Rocky’s Sauce, is a tomato-based paste that's prepared 24 hours in advance and composed of 15 different ingredients. These sauces add a savory glint to many of the restaurant's slow-cooked creations—ribs, piles of pulled pork, brisket, and brisket burgers, all available here for your scratch 'n' sniffing pleasure.
