Terrible deal, My Groupon was used without my permission I've contacted and emailed Groupon about my refund, because when I went to redeem my purchase the merchant said it was used already and I haven't used it yet til that day. I kept reaching out to Groupon only email I received was that the deal was active , but the merchant told me it wasn't, I just wanted my money back and this happened last year in October

Dishonest; this merchant marked my voucher as redeemed and refused to honor it when I went to the location. They then stated it was a groupon issue. I contacted groupon who stated to call the merchant for proof that it was not redeemed so they could re-instate it. I called the merchant back who stated "they have no idea if it was redeemed or not." I believe they are scamming customers by marking these vouchers as redeemed. I bet most people just forgot about the $20 and paid them their "groupon" promotional price that they were graciously willing to honor to receive the service on the spot.

I was very happy with the service I received at this location this morning! I was greeted very pleasantly, service was quick and price was great! I will certainly be back here for more oil changes!!
