Eric Thomas learned quite a bit about massage while attending school in Savannah, but one lesson stands out from the rest: no two bodies are the same. Once he discovered this, he set out to master a range of massage modalities that would allow him to untie any knotted muscle and break up any adhesion. Now that he is armed with knowledge in Swedish, deep-tissue, hot-stone, and neuromuscular therapies, Eric rarely comes across a stress-induced ailment that he can’t treat. In addition to easing chronic pain and tension, his massages benefit the body by stimulating blood flow, strengthening the immune system, and working out jams in the metal gears responsible for swiveling the head.
