Mama Mia's Italian Grill & Pizzeria is a journey into Italian culture. Hand-painted murals of Italian life bedeck the walls and Italian music circles the tables as guests enjoy plates of stuffed shells, lasagna, and veal parmigiana. Chefs allow top sirloin and rib-eye steaks to age up to 28 days before coating the USDA Choice center cut meats in a housemade Italian rosemary garlic butter and tossing them onto the grill. The menu of handhelds contains paninis and sub sandwiches stuffed with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and sautéed peppers with eggs. Speciality pizzas such as fresh margherita, hawaiian, and meat lovers are created, as well as pizza by the slice. Even the desserts are classically Italian, ending meals with bites of tiramisu and spaghetti sundaes.
