At CrossFit Triple D?where the three D's are desire, dedication, and discipline ?free weights, kettlebells, and medicine balls occupy the space between patriotically painted walls. Members push through routines both inside and outdoors, completing obstacle courses that include everything from tire flips to sled pushes. Each class time offers your choice of a Bootcamp workout or CrossFit workout. Workouts also rotate daily, ensuring that muscles never tire of strength, cardio, and endurance routines that might include everything from situps and jump rope sessions to box jumps and burpees.
