The coaches of Manhasset Box lead guests of all fitness levels through intense functional-training workouts. In addition to offering up to nine one-hour classes each day, the coaches change up the routine daily. This variety of workouts pushes their students to become well-rounded athletes, able to perform a wide spectrum of activities, such as climbing ropes, lifting heavy tires, and spooning extra-large scoops of ice cream.
