At ZUJA Wellness, instructors help students of all levels strengthen their body, mind, and spirit with a diverse medley of fitness and wellness classes and personal training sessions. Each of their group classes focuses on core strengthening, stabilization, and balance biomechanics—with instructors on hand to make modifications to better suit students’ abilities. They turn the focus to quieting the mind during yoga sessions, which are performed on mats or suspended in fabric hammocks. In addition to hosting a variety of wellness workshops, the center helps reduce tension and stress through massage therapy and reflexology services.
