Anna was great! She took time to talk about my hair, lifestyle and ideas. She told me what I could expect from the cut I was thinking about and made some recommendations to help me achieve the look anf objectives I was seeking. Thank you Anna!

Went in for my appointment, she was running 30 minutes behind schedule. Not so bad. But Then when she took me back she was still trying to finish up her last one. Pinballing back and forth between us. She didn't give me any highlights and washed my hair before it even had time to process. She also didn't completely blow dry or style my hair. I walked out with a frizzy mess and my hair didn't appear to have a baylage or have had anything done with it. I didn't say anything just tipped 20 dollars and left. I feel like a professional should have the integrity to know they messed up, and make things right. Huge waste of money.
