This is a tucked away little place--it took me awhile to find it. It's inside the Congress Building. The crepes were delicious, though I was a bit disappointed they only had Keurig coffee, this is Portland afterall.

Good food, but very difficult to navigate the hours since they are only open weekdays 9-2pm.

From Our Editors

At Kat's Crepes, crepes are what's for dinner. Or lunch, or breakfast, or dessert thanks the versatile dish. Here, a menu filled with both savory and sweet crepes beckons taste buds with offerings including BLT, smoked salmon, and banana and Nutella. And although the dish is traditionally French, local culinary items such as Tillamook cheddar and marionberry jam put a decidedly Northwestern American spin on things.
