At Rose City FC, you can train like you have an upcoming mixed martial art bout, even if you don't. During the facility's muay thai, boxing, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling programs, experienced coaches challenge exercisers through fitness plateaus while teaching them self-defense techniques such as strikes, grapples, and disappearing acts. For a more traditional workout, Rose CIty runs a fitness program that consists of conditioning and circuit training classes. The facility's furnishings, which include a 26' cage for matches and training, a massage room, and a lounge, provide added incentive to sign up for a program.
