Like Shiraz Fine Persian Dining Experience’s namesake red wine, a bouquet of flavors swirl through the eatery, which has deep crimson banquettes and chairs to match. Eight inked drawings of trees are framed on a decorative accordion divider, which fails to halt the aromas from the filet mignon, salmon, and shrimp shish kebabs that populate the fuchsia tablecloths. Like a xylophonist at the end of a long shift, spoons clink occasionally, resounding against bowls of stews accented with pomegranate and saffron. After sopping up humus and tabbouleh with flatbread, guests dunk spoons in a honey-hued scoop of Persian saffron ice cream.
