Sandwiches, meanwhile, also appeal to carnivores and herbivores in equal droves: melties—Súpa!'s take on grilled cheese—incorporate everything from applewood smoked bacon and black forest ham to shaved green apple and wild honey, while the sandwich selection includes the Yogi, a veggie-heavy medley of greens, roasted red pepper hummus, feta, and sun dried tomato tapenade, served on soft ciabatta.
