The downstairs menu provides diners with dainty nibbles of classic American favorites, which have been given a gourmet makeover worthy of an appearance at Royal Ascot. Order up the fish and chips (house-made halibut brandade with fresh potato chips and malt vinegar aioli, $9), crispy confit duck wings ($6), and a lamb gyro burger ($9), and position each dish around the table so as to recreate the famous battle scene from that one war movie.
