Reaching back to the dawn of civilisation among the Himalayan region over 5000 years ago. This tradition continues like a great river to our present day.
During our first meeting we will spend 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours determining your prakriti (dosha) and your vrikruti (current state) as well as any current imbalances you're experiencing. I will design a customized routine for you and look for diet, lifestyle, and yoga remedies. We will meet for an additional 30 minutes two weeks later to check in and follow up.
Using Ayurvedic principles, I will design a Season Cleanse tailored to your needs. You will receive a complete cleansing kit and all the support you need to have a successful experience. Available Spring, Summer or Autumn 4 day or 7 day.

Intention Setting Retreat
Bristol Yoga Studio. Join Tracy and Mary on the half day intention setting retreat. The day will include simple asana, relaxation techniques, meditation, discussion on the power of intention setting (sankalpa), development of a simple flower yantra and mantra. The term "Sankalpa" means the deeper manifestation of a sacred vow, intention and desire manifesting as Sankalpa Shakti. The term "Yantra" is the representation of the mantra using sacred geometry. During the course of the day, we will each build a yantra using beautiful flowers which are pure shakti (divine energy) to aid in manifesting our sankalpa (intention.)
Mantra Sadhana Workshop
Bristol Yoga Studio Studio. Exploring Sacred Sound - The Transformative Power of Mantra: Mantra has potent effects on our physical, emotional and mental being. It can clear the mind of unwanted samskaras (patterns) that interfere with our lives. It can bring us Joy and Bliss and it can be used to invoke the Divine. In this 2 hour workshop we will learn the Healing transformational power of Mantra, exploring beautiful Shakti Mantras as well as learning the basics of Mantra Sadhana (Practice) including When, Where, How to chant - how to use a Mala and how to determine which Mantras are right for you.
Ghee Making Workshop
Being Ayurveda Home Studio. Autumn is all about pacifying Vata Dosha. Come learn how Ghee, Ayurveda's healing nectar, can help. Learn the subtleties of ghee making in our cozy kitchen - you bring a pound of Organic Sweet (unsalted) Butter and we'll provide the rest. Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse
Bristol Yoga Studio. Join us for a 4 Day Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse. An Ayurvedic cleanse is different than other cleanses you may have heard about or done before. During an Ayurvedic Cleanse you eat "normal" foods; take a small amount ghee each morning and give yourself a gentle oil massage each day. You must preregister (by March 28). Cleanse pick up & Instruction Friday, April 10th.
