Do not hesitate to go if you never done yoga! Natalie made me feel like I was there million times although it was my first!

I had not been to a yoga class in a while and found the beginner/mixed relatively tough (not as slow moving as I might have liked). So a true beginner should be aware that it may be tough to keep up, but to go at their own pace.

I love the traditional L Yoga Flow class. I would recommend more meditative music for the class if possible. Overall though I love the class

I have recommended L-Yoga to many friends. It is my first yoga experience, and I plan on making it part of my healthy life style.

The instructor and I believe the owner really makes a difference. She is very friendly and speaks to everybody like she knows them. It is truely a welcoming and relaxing place. Also she offers different varations to what they are doing in class each time the pose changes.

Being new to yoga I believe I have learned more about the pre work relaxation from my daughter then the instructors. As a beginner I would like the instructors to explain to everyone why they request everyone to come 15 minutes early, to relax and not listen to everyone's chatter. I believe this is just their lack of knowing. I really enjoy what I am learning and the instructors.

From Our Editors

People come to the yoga mat for a variety of reasons, which is why L-Yoga Flow's empowering classes strive to nourish its patrons on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. Studio founder and creator of the L-Yoga Flow, Natalie Kristine, has combined her favorite aspects of all the exercise modalities she has studied, which include tai chi, ballet, Ashtanga yoga, boot-camp workouts, and reiki, into a class schedule that aims to bring the best out of yogis.
