If you have never been before try and show up 15 minutes early to fill out some easy paperwork.

So far pretty happy with the studio - only thing is that I tried to go a like 10 minutes to a class and the door was shut and locked. So I guess they don't really want people coming late at all to classes.

I took Heated Vinyasa Flow as my first class. A great space and instructor! Get there a bit early.

I've been to better hot yoga studios than this one with better instructors but its not too bad I guess, the room is barely hot, they have heat lamps which is disruptive to your zen and focus because they shine so bright it almost give you a headache.

From Our Editors

The team at Now Yoga and Fitness bring the ancient art of yoga into the 21st century by filling their studio with technology designed to enhance sessions. Hanging on the wall above students, six SunSquare lights simulate the rays from the sun to help reverse the effects of seasonal affective disorder, which is caused by a lack of sunlight. These same lights emit LED heating to dilate blood vessels and relax muscles during hot-yoga classes. On the floor, EdenPure heaters infuse the room with moisture while purifying the air with antimicrobial and anti-swear-word heating coils.
