Our pepperoni pizza was SO GREASY!!!! We used over a dozen napkins to sop up some of the grease, which is not something we've ever done on a pizza before. The "spinach pie" came on what appeared to be a toasted sub roll (although the filling was tasty. The garlic knots were also tasty.

Good pizza but very basic setting: order/pick-up at counter, paper plates and plastic utensils. I would have enjoyed it more if it included these simple things.

I purchased this Groupon and it was for a dinner only after 5. When I got to Wise Guys it was more like a Sub place. Their was absolutely no Ambiance and no service. We ordered at counter and had to pick it up at Counter. The Lasagna was suppose to come with 3 meatballs. I don't remember eating one meatball, never mind 3. I ordered a beer and then when I went to get it, they didn't have it and apparently didn't care if they told me. I also I believed I paid for a meal, but received a Lasagna without any meat. I don't know how that is classified as a meal( $ 13.00). To top thinks off, the place was cold. Their was no heat on. Obviously, didn't have a good experience !!!!!!!

COMLETE DISAPPOINMENT: Terrible food, young, inexpeience staff, NO HEAT, no value, out of white wine, Coors lite, as advertised . Sandwiches are chuck full of cheap cold cuts, globs of shredded lettece to make it look bigger. They should shut it down and the owners need stick to their other restaurants, as this is a poor excuse for an eatery. Thee was nothing good about it, except its sister joint across the street that had heat booze and good food (The Meddererneo) This place is a very poor example of what other great restaurants offer on historical Federal Hill. Do youself a favor ,,,,keep far away from this place

Bring a coat , hat and gloves. They have NO HEAT in there and it was 54 degrees with CEILING FANS ON! When asked to crank up the heat, they said the doors were open for deliveries in he back, which was BS.

From Our Editors

Though the idea of sharing a table with the Godfather, Scarface, and Don Carlo might be scary, it only gets mouths watering at Wise Guys Deli. That’s because these gangster-inspired nicknames simply denote several of the deli's freshly crafted sandwiches, each of which is piled with prosciutto, juicy roast beef, and fried eggplant. The chefs also churn out Sleep with the Fishes specials—seafood-based soups, starters, and entrees—as well as breakfast selections and premade meals from a gleaming deli case.
