On our previous tours with Sea Goddess, they've been 5 stars! What pushed me to 2 stars this visit were: 1) POOR COMMUNICATION! NO reply to 2 emails asking if the tour still occuring when raining? Kinda important to know when flying from out of state! No appology from guy who checked us in either? Sad. 2) the biologist on board was NOT HELPFUL @ all! I was pointing out whales to the others more!

Wonderful time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on board. My friends and I did a morning trip the first week of September and saw humpback whales. It was a fun and memorable experience.

Truly rewarding experience! We saw so many whales it was amazing! I have to reiterate, dress warm-I had a sweater and some thin joggers on and was a little chilly.

We upgraded and had a great time. It got a little boring following the same whales after a while, but eventually they went to find others. My biggest complaint was there was a guy who kept letting himself in upstairs to get better pictures and he kept stepping in front of us. It was annoying, they should do better to ensure only those who pay for the upgrade are upstairs. Parking was $10.

A nice experience, I recommend this company. Sometimes whales are hard to find, I guess it depends on the time of the year. Assuming this is correct, it would be good to find this information on the website of the vendor.

We had a great time! Vessel followed 3 hump back whales for over and hour and we saw thousands of dolphin, even this pure white one!
