Led by a staff of instructors that includes a NASM-certified personal trainer, a three-time Ironman competitor, and former professional athletes, HEAT's group classes push patrons to new fitness plateaus with sweat-spurring routines featured on ABC11 News. Inspired by Navy SEAL workouts, Tread & Shred TRX Treadmill Interval Training pits guests against their own bodyweight as they dangle from suspension cords or web-shooters brought from home. Short stints on neighboring treadmills provide a cardio kick-start between exercises. Alternately, RealCycle classes perch participants aboard a RealRyder stationary bike, which banks from side to side to test little-used muscle groups and dislodge piggybacking wolverines. Visitors can also slide into high, low, and middle tiers of activity during HEAT's signature workout, which breaks up strength-building floor routines and resistance training with treadmill intervals. All classes take place betwixt exposed-brick walls in HEAT's loft-like space, festooned with eclectic artwork and Christmas cards signed by Arnold
