this is for the receptionist. Please be kind on the phone when people call in because sometimes we have to wait in line for a few min when out time is just as valuable. and what bothers me the most is when i have a friend who i Referred to you and she only had oneday off and the recrptionist was so rude and would not help. when you do this to costumers who want to bring a good paying prospect to your office, i would think you would do what you can do to accomodate since I have spent about $10,000 for my treatments. so Please if you can accomodate referrals, treat them with respect when talking on the phone.
