Short for “Integrated Movement Xercize,” IM=X is designed around a system that combines the strengthening practices of Pilates with cardiovascular exercises and resistance training to orchestrate a perfect symphony of mind, body, and heart-rate percussion. The certified trainers on staff instruct a variety of classes, including those that utilizing reformers, stability balls, and hand weights tailored to aid weight loss, improve athleticism, ease pregnancy, or diminish back pain. With a specific regimen, each class works to improve endurance and chisel core muscles into substitute riot shields.
