Students raise dumbbells above their heads, then lay the weights on the ground and move into a push up. They sprint around and drop into burpees and pop up and down in squats. All of this is done in the great outdoors, where leaves gently sway back and forth from their branches and birds cheer participants on from the trees. The instructors at OutdoorFit fill each 60-minute class with a combination of resistance training and cardio exercises modified to challenge every fitness level.
