Lee's Martial Arts' physically fit instructors sculpt students of all dance and fitness levels into pleasing shapes with a schedule of fun, energetic, Latin-infused workouts. Ten Zumba classes employ alternating dance rhythms motivated by high-energy international beats to rid the body of unwanted weight and evict delinquent burritos from waistlines. Pupils of all skill levels can burn up to 800 flammable calories per session, toning the upper and lower body as well as the abs and core, while increasing the heart rate and upping oxygen intake. The group sessions hold up to 40 people, aiming to build an energetic and encouraging community, while offering plenty of opportunity to snag locks of hair for a friendship journal.
