This is a high class restaurant but very warm and friendly service. We dined on July 4th around 8:00 PM so the place was pretty quiet with only few tables being taken. Our American/European waiter was very attentive and brought to us every single items which we requested. Excellent food with nice decoration. We surely will come back again.

the sushi was great, the bento box was alright but only because I could have done without the fried food

It isn't they type of Hibachi restaurant where they cook at your table. However, the food is delicious.

Many places give free desert after a great meal like that and often soup and salad are automatically served...not a choice between them. The food was VERY good!!

The sushi was very high quality. The tuna melted in my mouth. The white tuna, salmon, and yellow tail were very good, and the octopus was some of the best I've ever had. The chefs also made us a beautiful little dish with slices of salmon shaped into a rose. My only suggestion would be to turn down the lights along the wall. It was a little too bright for a Friday evening. We will be back.

Great Maki, lovely place, excellent service. My only complaiint was the small type on the special rolls menu.

You don't sit around the hibachi to watch a chef cook. It's all done in the kitchen.

Often, the name of a sushi roll tips diners off about what to expect upon their first bite. Nikko Sushi & Hibachi's Cali Cream maki, for example, is a classic california roll drizzled with Japanese cream sauce, and the Captain Crunch roll crackles with fried shrimp and crispy flakes. Some of the restaurant's 19 specialty rolls, however, are named for the feelings that they evoke: the deep-fried Woo Hoo—octopus, jalapeño, and spicy sauce—elicits gleeful exclamations, whereas the tuna-topped Kiss Me roll triggers such passion it's had to reject hundreds of marriage proposals.

In addition to maki, the menu shines the spotlight on delicate slices of nigiri and other Japanese entrees, such as tempura udon soup and combination bento boxes. Hibachi meals highlight grilled meats, from chicken teriyaki to shrimp, salmon, and strip steak.
