The fitness instructors at 2 B Fit Training Studio hail from diverse backgrounds. Some have spent most of their lives stretching into the core-strengthening poses of yoga and Pilates, while others have earned certifications in physical therapy and wellness counseling. These specialties translate into a long list of classes held seven days a week, as well as a Young Athlete program that helps teenagers conquer the boulder toss that traditionally marks the end of puberty.
