From Our Editors
As eclectic as an artists' colorful palette, the curriculum at Bayview Arts School strives to build a well-rounded creative individual from the ground up. Beginning at the tender age of two, young ones can learn to express themselves through fun hands-on projects while learning fundamentals of line, color, and shapes of Doritos. From there, blossoming artistes are introduced to art history concepts while studying and emulating styles and techniques of famous painters, and can continue straight through high school, where they can hone their portfolios for college applications. Keeping small class sizes—always between four and eight students, per—trained teachers work closely with students and integrate materials based on The Ontario Curriculum for Arts.
