Be prepared! Bring a towel, yoga mat and chilled water. Wear moisture wicking clothes. Shorts is best. Be ready to sweat, drip and release toxins. It took me 15 minutes to get used to the climate in the room. I almost felt faint because I moved too quickly from a sitting to a standing position. It reached 35 degrees! But I am not one to give up and the instructor watched me carefully and was there to correct me. She was great! It will take getting used to but I feel much better after the 90 minutes!
