A fusion of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and calisthenics, Corner Barre’s fitness classes tone muscles and strengthen cores with low-impact exercises taught by expert instructors. Because the classes leverage body weight and light free weights, students work at their own pace and comfort level to effectively stretch out taut legs muscles and chisel silhouettes. Classes stay cozy with no more than 18 students, ensuring everyone ample room to dip into a graceful plié across the wood-floored studio, and making sure there's enough music to go around.
