Now offering a fast casual Mediterranean food along with our signature Pizza’s, Stromboli’s and Calzone’s. We are the only store in Southside of the Richmond serving this kind of food combination. In our newly added menu customers can choose their own bowls/pita bread to load them up with their choice of base from lettuce, rice and bulgur pilaf and add proteins from our steam table which are steak, lamb, chicken breast, chicken gyro, mediterranean meatballs or falafel and then they will add up to 8 choice of dippings and toppings from our salad bar which each bowl comes with dressing and a side pita bread.In our open kitchen customer will enjoy the fresh and healthy ingredients and a lots of choices

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

The fast casual is one of the fastest growing food business in US and we would like to take the opportunity to serve our local clients the best form of Mediterranean food options.
