There is no receptionist, so you have to book online. I figured out their system, booked it and thought I got a confirmation. The confirmation I got was apparently for registering in the site only. I showed up for my 10:30am and nobody was there. I kept getting their answering machine. Couldn't find a live person from the business. After standing in a dingy hallway outside their door for half an hour, I left. The manager called me an hour later and immediately blamed me for booking it wrong and said he knew because it's happened to other people (so why not fix the problem instead of blaming all of us??). I got one fantastic massage, but they screwed up my next booking too. Miserable
