Dishonest service. Was told things were wrong with my car and "parts missing" that you can clearly see. Still had to pay a service fee on top of Groupon price that was not stated. Would not recommend at all.
The service was quick and the staff was courteous. I would go back to them.
The staff was quick, polite, and they even took my car ahead of my appointment time. All I had to pay was $3 from taxes.
Terrible exp Was able to get in right away, the lady at the desk conf that I but the Groupon for extra savings. After purch was told to call Groupon to cancel because it didn't include the specific oil need for my vehicle. Mgr Kevin made the adjustment.Chckd on the work on my vehicle and filter was not changed. Was told because I didn't pay enough for the oil upcharge. Very rude and non profession
They do not provide the service that you pay for and then try to suggest more repairs at an additional cost.
The service was just okay..
I would have given 5 stars however, they still charged us a "fee" even though we had the Groupon, and the lady at the front desk was SUPER RUDE! Then told us "sorry I'm being a B****, my back hurts"... right in front of our 3 kids... like.... wow.
so 3 stars was generous I think.
The staff was nice. But I still had to pay $32 on top of the groupon.
Very busy, so service was a little longer than expected, but good service.
Sears told me they had to use synthetic oil in my car which was another $8, otherwise they refused to change my oil. I never use synthetic oil on my car. There was also an extra disposal fee. By the time I paid for the extras, I could have gone to an express oil change for the same price and would have been in and out in 20 minutes.
Then they said I had a bad oil leak and it was going to cost $850 for those repairs. I declined. I took my car to my mechanic and he replaced a seal that was starting to leak for $150.
The cheap, price is to get you in the door, but expect to pay more.
