I should've read reviews before wasting my time and money, horrible service horrible staff extremely long wait times. They added a $250 deep cleaning fee after we were told it was only $50 extra. They gave my daughter blisters and cuts and had to remove the bottom braces which they never replaced, they lied to us and said they don't open on Saturdays then they said it's just us who can't get Saturday appointments because we missed one (we didn't we were there aug27th, the day they claim we missed) we couldn't get an appt for 4 months, we were 3 minutes late and they sent us home, but expect to wait 45 mins to an hour to be seen. They never updated our accounts with payment and so we had to pull up bank statements each appointment. We asked for our treatment plan and balance, we never got it. Front desk staff is extremely rude. Audrey from ortho has a nasty attitude.

I went for an exam,x-ray, and cleaning like the Groupon says. After my exam, they told me I would need a deep cleaning for $1400 and they didn’t allow me to get just a regular cleaning. I had to go to a more professional dentist for a second opinion and they literally gave me an exam/x-ray and gave me a regular cleaning. This office tried to cheat me out of $1400. Wouldn’t recommend.

I'd been to Farrey years ago and had a decent experience. But this time was different.
For context, I brush, floss, and rinse religiously every day. My most recent cleaning was just 10 months ago. Long, but not that long.
So imagine my surprise when Dr. Smith said I needed a deep cleaning in all four quadrants (!) for $1,100. They also refused to perform the basic cleaning included in the Groupon because I "didn't qualify."
How does that make sense?
Skeptical, I drove 40 miles to visit my old dentist. They took new x-rays and confirmed that my teeth are totally fine.
I will not be returning to Farrey Family Dentistry, and because they refused service, I'll be requesting a refund of my Groupon as well.

This place did not disappoint. Everyone was nice professional, patient and timely. From the moment I met the first person to the last person on my way out . They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them

I left work to get my teeth cleaned with this Groupon and they turned me around because I've been patient before. There's nothing to suggest that if you've been a patient before that you can't use this. This needs to be specified before purchase.
