Yoga is a good workout, but more importantly, it's a great way to stimulate a connection between the mind, body, and spirit. At The Yoga Center, Debbie Stevens leads classes that are designed to do just that. Beginners can start with the yoga foundations class, where they learn about proper alignment, poses, and breath awareness. From there they can move on to a variety of yoga classes, from energizing vinyasa to a gentle yoga that's also ideal for all skill levels, including seniors.
