Awful service! They texted me hours before my appointment to cancel. This happened twice when I had scheduled weeks ahead and had other appointments moved to accommodate their very inconvenient hours which were only before noon on weekdays. Then they redeemed my Groupon before I even got to use it for any of the 3 blowouts that I purchased so I had to go through customer service to get a refund.
