Mary is a 2012 graduate of Western College (La Crosse, WI). She is certified in Swedish Massage. Using those techniques, Mary Provides pressure ranging from a gentle Relaxation Massage to Deep Tissue Massage. She is also trained in Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage and Reflexology. Mary enjoys working with her clients to devise a treatment plan to support their wellness goals. As an avid gardener and bicyclist she knows firsthand the toll those activities take on our bodies and educates her clients about the benefits of massage as we age and remain active. Mary is passionate about learning and will be continuing her education in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Oncology Massage.
Samantha graduated in Sept 2012 from a 650 hour massage training program at La' James College in Mason City, Iowa. She is certified in Swedish Massage and provides Relaxation Massage and Deep Tissue Massage. Sam is also trained in Reflexology. She particularly enjoys working with the geriatric population and helping them to relieve muscle and joint pain and stiffness.
Teresa graduated in May 2012 from Riverland Community College in Albert Lea MN. She has 736 hours of training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. She loves working with a variety of ages and really appreciates feedback about her massage from her clients.

Deep Tissue Massage
Your therapist will warm up your muscles before gradually working deeper into the tissue to release specific knots and tight muscles. S/he will be communicating with you during this process to ensure you are able to stay relaxed. This technique may cause some discomfort a "good hurt" but if you tighten up with pain, you and your therapist are working against each other. Choose from a 30 minute Therapeutic Massage for focused relief of a small area, a 60 minute for a larger area or a 75 to 120 minute for a full body massage plus extra time on focused area(s).

Starting at 30 minutes ($66), our therapists focus on the reflexology points in your feet. Using specific pressure points that are reputed to be connected to the nervous system of the body, the therapist can have an affect on different organs and glands. In addition to helping with specific issues, a Foot Reflexology Treatment also helps promote better health, improve circulation, relieve stress and induce relaxation. This traditional healing therapy helps to re-balance and harmonize the function of the entire body. Sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes.
Chair Massage is a great way to take care of a headache or tight neck if you only have a short time. It's also a great maintenance tool to use between regular massage appointments. In order to schedule a Chair Massage you must make a reservation for a minimum of 30 min and a credit card is required to reserve that time. Chair Massages cannot be scheduled online - only through email or by phone. We also donate chair massage for Fund-raisers. Table Thai Massage
Table Thai is a western take on Traditional Thai Massage that allows the client to be on a massage table rather than on a mat on the floor. Traditional Thai is greatly influenced by Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Hatha Yoga. In a Table Thai Massage the client should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing as they remain fully clothed during the massage. Thai incorporates the use of pressure and stretching to relax sore or tense muscles, encourages lymph function, and promotes flexibility. It is a good option for any client looking to reduce stress, improve circulation, and relax. Sessions range from 90 to 120 minutes.
Ultimate Back, Neck, & Shoulders
The Ultimate Back, Neck and Shoulders Treatment starts with dry brush exfoliation of the back, followed by a back masque. While the masque is drying your Massage Therapist will give you either a scalp or foot massage (your choice). Then you will receive a Therapeutic Massage of your back, neck and shoulders with Hot/Cold Stone Therapy. If your primary area of tension is your neck and shoulders, this will be a wonderful treat for you! (90 min)
The Ultimate Body Treatment begins with a full body dry brush exfoliation. This treatment includes a scrub (either hand and foot or back) and a masque (either the Ultimate Facial Massage or the Back Masque). This service is 30 minutes of bliss for your face. Beginning with a natural cleanser, followed by a mask chosen for your skin type, a calming toner and our Facial Massage Therapy Moisturizing Crème. Your face will truly appreciate this experience. Our staff are not Aestheticians and do not do extractions.
This service is a 30 minutes of bliss for your feet, beginning with a foot scrub to help remove and exfoliate the dry, rough areas of your feet. This is followed by a foot massage which helps relieve the tension and stress of life through your feet. We use a special foot balm creme that moisturizes and rejuvenates.
Exfoliating Body Scrub*
This 60 minute services begins with a dry brush exfoliation all over the body. The Massage Therapist then applies the sugar scrub using gentle to vigorous strokes - how gentle or vigorous will be up to you. This is followed by a warm shower in the massage room to rinse the scrub off. Finally you will receive a gentle massage to apply a thick emollient body butter all over your body to help enrich and moisturize your skin. A wonderful service during MN dry winters!
Detoxifying Body Wrap*

Dead Sea Mud Body Wrap*
Dead Sea mud has a high concentration of salts and minerals because of the warm desert sun that evaporates the Dead Sea water, causing the salts and minerals to be absorbed into the mud at the bottom of the sea. The Dead Sea Mud Body Wrap is a 60 minute session which includes dry brush exfoliation, mud application and wrap, a scalp or foot massage while wrapped, shower, and finishing with a gentle massage using a thick emollient body butter to help enrich and moisturize the skin.
Heat from warm stones will relax tight muscles while cool stones will soothe inflamed muscles. This Add On is for 20 minutes and will be used for a focused area during your massage - not the full body.
