With 19 years of experienc, I use deep tissue, structural integration, and myofascial release to treat the cause of my client’s pain. I use therapeutic massage to help correct body posture which allows my clients to avoid further pain, wear and tear. Relaxation and Swedish massage are also wonderful techniques and help my clients manage their stress, anxiety and depression.
