Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, it's hardly a wonder that the traditional Taiwanese culinary canon is rife with seafood dishes. And that tradition carries over at Bob's Noodle 66. Even though the restaurant is thoroughly landlocked, the freshest of the deep blue shines through on the menu. Baby shrimp, for instance, pair with bean curd while steamed whole fish make a meal in themselves. Yet diners can still find an abundance of duck, chicken, and pork on the menu, as well as the Taiwanese penchant for expert seasoning and serving certain dishes cold. And for those who have a hard time deciding what to order, the servers, a magic eight ball, and even Bob himself are more than happy to make recommendations.
