centershape Yoga & Pilates believe that there is no one path to wellness of body, spirit, and mind. Instead of expecting students to conform to a set methodology, centershape's instructors work with their students' individual goals and lead an array of yoga and Pilates sessions for all experience levels. Guests can mix and match mat Pilates sessions with yoga in styles that include Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha. The studio hosts more than 20 classes a week, accommodating clients with busy schedules and making it easier to find time for you.
