At Club Metro's panoply of locations, members build their endurance with jogs in state-of-the-art cardio theaters, and tone up in an eclectic array of group workouts. Some classes focus on gym standbys such as core-strengthening mat Pilates and step aerobics, and others build endurance with funkier approaches such as elliptical-style striding and sinuous belly-dance routines. At many locations, members can finish off their gym visits with a healthy smoothie, crafted with fresh fruit at the in-house juice bar.
