When you have an apt time it needs to be honored and it shouldn't take longer than 30 min. I was waitting over an hour and a half.

I've never felt more comfortable in an automotive shop. I'm always concerned I'm going to up "up sold" to buy unecessary things. Chris has always been honest, and has never pushed me into purchasing something he didn't feel was necessary. I'm a lifetime customer.
